So even if the video and lip reading is complete dismissed, you still have Terry's confession of saying that quote.

JT never admitted to saying that. He admitted to having used the phrase "black cunt" but according to him it was only in a sarcastic context and he said he was just repeating the words Ferdinand had used. Something like "I never called you a fucking black cunt, you fucking knobhead" but with the view blocked in the video when he supposedly said "never called". It's just two men with only their words against each other with a couple testimonies in Terry's behalf. That's not beyond any reasonable doubt one way or the other and because of that there is no case, or at least there shouldn't be.

John Terry didn't hurt anyone. He however could have mowed down a young child and ruined so many lives, some people just don't seem to see the contradiction in their own self-righteousness.
