Max penalty under this is a fine of up to £2500. After the conclusion of the court case, if he is found guilty, the FA will be able to make a case to ban him from games. Though he explained the context was different to the way it's been interpreted.Anyway, another month or so more of this b/s being dragged out. I wish they'd ban him now and just sentence him to time-served - This will definitely get in the way of us trying to get on with the football!
