The board also need to do this, today has been embarrassing and just goes to show that when you actually spend big money and not shirk responsibility that quality will always come through. City may not win the league but they are building something, and if they need to to buy someone they go and do it.....

We sold players who wasn't played or wasn't up-to standards to get first team football (bit like Pato, minus we got him when he wasn't even fit to sit on a bench for most of the 2nd half of the season).

Don't get me wrong I am not defending him. He made mistakes this season but what's happening AT THIS MOMENT is not Mourinho's fault. He has left 4 months ago ffs. Are you still gonna blame Mourinho when Conte fails?

Yes but he didn't prepared for the future. Sold a lot of our young players for older ones that was only good for a season. That's thinking short term and not the future of the club.
