I'll reply after the summer. Hopefully it marks the start of a new beginning. Where there is balance throughout the team sheet and an acceptance that progress should always be striped for - whether it's to finally challenge for the title or to retain it.

In basketball, NBA to be specific, I think the phrase is "blow it up". This team needs to be blown up. It looked so promising just a year ago. That is until Mourinho fucked it all up.

Nor Mourinho, but as some tweeted out, Mourinho was right... The players don't play for the club any more.

Mourinho proved himself to be very special. He did something Guardiola, Simeone, Ferguson or even Wenger never did. Turn a champion into relegation candidates.

I feel like I'm the only one who isn't too bothered with going out

I imagine it´s the hope everyone had. I personally dont feel bad for going our per se, I feel bad for losing against a team like psg, that believe they are the beast team that can win ucl, while they´re just a team that plays in a joke of a league with no challenge whatsoever.

You are lol we want European football, we're not going to get it next season in the BPL, we're not getting it by winning the Champions League either.

I've already accepted having no CL, I did that months ago.

True but I don't believe it was him, I believe the footballers don't care... You can't force players to show passion and win games, there's only so much a manager can do without sacking everyone and getting new players in.

Yeah it does suck a bit losing against PSG but it's not like it's a shit team or something. Imo they do have a slightly bigger chance than us at winning the CL. Our team needs a major overhaul.

I am not sure the real reason but it was very clear the Players didn't want to play for him.

But yes his style just didn't suite the players and he did turn us into a relegation team (he couldn't turn the tides in his favor). He clearly couldn't adapt or come with new strategies that would suite the current set of players or team or the PL(clearly PL is not the same when he last managed us)
