Ed Woodward has no fucking idea how to buy footballers. Great commercial manager (although United are one of the most valuable sporting brands in the world so it's not the toughest job in the world) but he's simply trying to look busy in the role of buying players.

Oh and €65 million at €9 million for a guy who has played THREE matches since recovering from an ACL injury is incredible.

This 9mil has to be a conservative estimate. He has to know that rooney earns 15mil £, rvp earns 10mil £, maria earns 10mil £.
