That isn't the norm though, it's the exception. You only need to look at Torres.

The norm is him scoring many goals and being the most clinical #9 in Europe. But he can do things like that once in a while, or score free kicks, or hit a beauty from long range etc.

Indeed, a testament to why he's a special player. Not going to argue that. But people (not you per se) shouldn't automatically use that as evidence that Falcao is great at holding up the ball, bringing others into play etc.

are people going to finally stop believing the myth that Falcao cant pass and hold up the ball? he is a complete striker simple as that! he plays in a counter attacking team so doesn't always get to show what he can do with his hold up play but its actually very very good! Roman Sign him up!

How many assists is that this season? 2? 3?

He's a great player no doubt but is he the best for this team, for this particular set of players and at the price quoted?

£50 million for a 27 year old who hasn't played in the Champions League for 3 years is a massive risk.

Well considering he did it for Porto and scores goals internationally for Colombia i'd say he's fair adaptable. Cavani is a bigger risk in this sense
