My opinion:

(1) Have u ever heard FFP

(2) Geez drogba was only 24 Million falcao is well above 40

(3)If you ever watched athletico madrid you will see that falcao alone seems to score y? And when he gets injured they find it difficult to adjust and hardly score more than 1goal per game in his absence that's jst over dependence

(4)Torres or thiery henry at their peak for e.g always take 1 or 2 touches to set the ball as they like it before scoring(that's a specific way of scoring for them) unlike say van persie or drogba who are more direct.

(5)Hazard and oscar are not strikers they don't compete with huge or fast defenders all the time as do strikers theirs is a deeper role and physical strength is a key part of falcao as he is an agressive striker esp in the air so if he is not tougher in the Epl he might not be as good

(6) Having a specific goal scorer only for a big club is a backward step just take a look at messi and the current barcelona (not so strong as when there was variety)

We need a goal scorer? I agree with you on this but falcao? I don't agree we have bought better players than falcao who where also as expensive so I don't want him. Torres to falcao to me is from frying pan to fire.

I say we buy SEYDOU DUMBIA he is much cheaper than falcao and yes dumbia even has a better goal scoring record than falcao and is only 24 years of age. Dumbia is cheaper, younger and is more prolific than falcao

So i read more about this "release clause" thing, and while some sources say its 65m euros, the meaning of this release clause is that we only need to pay it and Athletico can do nothing. It sounds too simple, but thats the deal. Will we splash this money in January? only Roman knows.. i have no idea.

To me he almost feels like a player on loan who will eventually return. He is ours. Madrid will not get him, as simple as that. Citeh can dream on. Its just a matter of January or in the summer. This £46 million release clause sounds fantastic as well.

More over we will always have sturridge and torres and also lukaku to come in. torres(50m pounds) Lukaku(18m pounds) Falcao (47m pounds)=114 pounds. In my honest opinion that's an insane amount to spend for just one striking position in our team, I mean we don't even play with two strikers at a time. I'd prefer a decent striker(Dumbia) and strengthening our DM position. I know its not my money but as a true fan I don't want our club to go into administration if we buy the almighty falcao and don't win enough trophies or become like liverpool now take a look at madrid and their galacticos they heavily under achieved.

I prefer Lewandowski to Doumbia.(AFCON etc). but Falcao is the best option if we want a real striker. We already have these miss-miss strikers in FT and DS.

Release clauses are abit of an odd one in Spain aren't they because these figures dont include the tax we'd have to pay or something? If his release clause was £46m, and we activated, I'm sure we'd have to pay another sizeable amount on top of that.

But Falcao is the real deal. Whatever the cost, hes proving hes worth it.
