MrBlueGuy 1,552
Btw if 20m for a year with lets say 30m buy option next year for arguably the top 3 striker in the world, is that really expensive at all? HE IS CAPABLE OF GETTING 30 GOALS EVERY SINGLE SEASON. Is this much difference from wasting 8m on the likes of Marin...etc and never play them? Why not take a gamble for once? maybe he will flop and we waste 20m, or maybe he gets back to his best form(which judging by his early season form seems like it) and we have a world class striker on our hand. No one is arguing with Costa's quality but rather HIS FITNESS as you all can see, what not to say he will injury his hamstring again like Aguero did last season? Sometime hamstring is a long term recurring issue. I don't know about you guys but it is about time we have one of the best striker in the world on our book, no matter what is the doubt. If spending 50-60m on someone like him or Cavani is too risky, then why not spend 1/3-half of that and TEST HIM?

The Chels 2,502
A player of probably the wealthiest team in the world in terms of money they can invest in the club. After losing £2.7 billion to his ex-wife in a divorce settlement, Monaco's owner is now worth an estimated £5.2 billion. That's nowhere near what the Arab owners of City and PSG are worth. AK-3001 286
If you want to talk about Destro, I know him a little. Not well, but a little. I used to watch Roma a bit because of Nainggolan and Strootman. I like Strootman, and I follow Nainggolan because he's Belgian. I never considered Destro as a Chelsea striker before he was linked either. 0.95 goals per game without penalties sounds good indeed, I hadn't seen that stat. Where'd you get that from? I'd love to see it.Here you go, as promised. It's 0.95 goals per 90. Here are the stats in this article.http://chelseaindex.com/1129/by-the-numbers-what-to-make-of-mattia-destro.html
BlueLyon 9,359
What do you like more?Ronaldo-Falcao-BaleOrNeymar Messi SuarezHazard-Costa-SchurrleWe are far more balanced side than those two atm, they have shit defences and individuals make them better. I hope this whole Di Maria thing turns against Madrid because they are terrible at transfers. Barca with this defence and no buys in next two years looks joke too. Past Alves, replaced by some guy from brasil, pique lol, 30yo mathieu and always injured vermaelen. Suarez to get another ban in few seasons aswell. On other hand, madrid has no steel in midfield either. Both times when atletico pressed, after real scored in first game and then at home when they wanted quick goal, they managed to do that in few minutes. Real with Kroos and Modric in CM plus Pepe and ramos who is more forward than defender, while casillas in goal means no trouble for better team, as long you dont concede 5 from bale, ronaldo etc.Even bayern fucked up a bit with bringing Pep, united shit as never before and city who have no real balls as seen many times in CL, if we realy improve ourselves we can get on top of europe in max two years. Diego 433
Its ridiculous what position does that leave Dzeko, Negredo and jovetic in? Surely they arn't going to be to over the moon about it
Pizy 18,917
Just makes no sense for them to even be thinking about him.Your expensive signing last year Jovetic is finally setting in and scoring goals. Dzeko has been outstanding over the past year or so and was unhappy being a sub as it was. And then they have the best striker in the league in Aguero. Even if they got rid of Negredo that's more than enough.

Lot of reports have said real madrid turned him down so now his agent is trying to sell him the english clubs.

Diego 433
I really do just hope he ends up at madrid and not in the prem, he really could do some damage in this league
