If i'm not wrong everytime we played without a striker under jose(schurrle) the score was a draw. I also think they were away games.

Psg away last year? Schurrle as false nine and we lost 3-1.

As for the team, I didn't expect Solanke to feature so I'm not upset at that.

Interesting to see how we line-up. I'd play Willian left, Oscar right and have Hazard through the middle picking up the ball wherever he sees fit.

To be honest that was a confusing situation, Schurrle had played plenty games as a normal striker before then at wherever he was before Bayer, I forget. I think he just had a bad day and displayed his infamous inconsistency.

No Fabregas as #9, please. I just hope Oscar and Hazard risk some shots, I want Oscar to play a bit higher than Eden so they can try to link up. When he's on his good days, Oscar has smart movement. Let's hope he is, but I'm much more excited for this match. It feels like it's going to be a thrill. I'll be cursing in 20 minutes from now, but the Fabregas song left me worked up LOL

Nervous. Losing Drogba is not just offensively a blow but defensively also. He is good in the air at defending set pieces.

Jose's line up is intriguing... We'll see.

I just don't want to lose not so much for the points (we are winning that title either way) but for the wankers out there waiting patiently for their moment.....

Honestly, I don't understand why you'd be so nervous. We have a healthy lead and only a collapse for the ages would see us blow the title.

Becasue were playing an Arse side full of confidence without a striker and in a formation we've never played.

And then we play a side just days later who have won 4 in a row and are fighting for their lives.

Drop points here and drop points on Wednesday and were sweating.

I worry like an old lady, I know. I always think about the worst case scenario in every situation.

I can see Drogba coming in towards the end of the game

It has to be Hazard up top with Ramires, Oscar and Willian behind.

I sincerely hope not. We need Hazard deeper so he can get on the ball.

He can't play false 9 if he has a number 10 behind him either. That doesn't work - the space he'd drop off into would be too occupied.
