He doesn't have nearly the same presence Oscar . His movement is way too lethargic & static and his passing is always chaotic.Oscar ensures space while Cesc needs space. It's common knowledge. It's been a constant theme throughout the season, having him off means Hazard won't get into the game. It took about 35 minutes for him to finally get a single meaningful touch on the ball.He ensures the ball will be circulated and constantly creates passing angles.
