Jose has experienced a decline, tactically, so dramatic, it rivals that of Torres as a player. I saw a stat on Twitter that Terry + Cahill didn't ATTEMPT one single tackle in 30 minutes of game. Oscar shouldn't be starting either IMO. It's not only that, it's the fact that Hazard, Matic, Fabregas and Costa are all struggling to play well atm too. It's a combination of things. I was not willing to jump on his case immediately when his form dropped, giving him the time to recover. But I can't ignore it anymore. He needs to step up his game. Even our defending has been terrible and that's what he's known for.And that's without giving them the benefit of the doubt; who knows what some of them would do with better players at their disposal.
