Weckerz 3,781
While Salah is soon reaching double figure, this guy contributes nothing after 1 month...You're such a fickle statswhore hahahI admit, right now it seems like we've been mugged. If Salah keeps this up, which he won't, fair play we made a bad deal. Most players though need time and a winter transfer is always awkward for the new guy. He's been here a month and we've barely seen him play long stretches. Just waaay too early to judge him, let alone panic over the deal. OneMoSalah 8,886
The fact he was meant to be better than Willian and a shoe in for that right wing position made me laugh before we signed him and the fact Salah has gone to Florence, played in his position and scored more goals than he did in nearly 30 games, even funnier.Like was said about Schurrle as well, having a good world cup doesn't necessarily mean much and obviously he needs to adapt but still hes hardly shown much, like any sort of half signs what hes really of capable, has he? Like I said before he came here not the right player for our right hand side IF we wanted an upgrade on what we had, just a glorified Willian because of his World Cup games. The Skipper 20,609
"He's nothing like Willian" they said. "You obviously haven't watched him for Fiorentina at all if you think that" they said. Honestly wasn't happy about this signing but still, have to support and hope he comes good. As I said before as well - it'll take him some time to adapt to the PL but I automatically got shot down for being a naysayer for that as well. I do actually believe he could possibly be a valuable squad member in time but we'll have to be patient. I don't think he'll ever fully secure that RW spot ala Hazard on the left though. mannyfreshh 164
lets see what Juan does after playing a full game before we start judging him. Hats off to salah however.

Special Juan 28,141
I honestly have no idea how some are judging based on tiny little scant appearances, it completely baffles me. Let's remember, new league, new culture, new team mates and not to mention coming into one of the best squads in world football.
kellzfresh 7,229
Until he completes 3 games in a row, he can't get team understanding, he's getting the KDB, Mata, Schurrle and Salah treatment. Who were all shit when coming on on the 80th minutes every 2 games
DH1988 1,348
Yawn, I like Salah and wish he had more games here but to be honest he had chances, did not take them.Glad he's doing well in Serie A but since he's gone there I've watched as much Fior as possible including last nights match, Serie A is poor at best, granted you still have to pop the goals in but other than that its not like I'm watching it going "Omg." "Amazing."
BlueLion. 21,491
Serie A is a very good league but the proof is in the pudding in terms of the Premier League being a more intensive experience from a physical perspective. The pace of the game in England is relentless, bettered only by the Bundesliga in my opinion. In Italy, the game is generally played at a more serene pace, less blood and thunder. Hence why Salah, someone who has come from the Premier League, has adapted to a slower style of football than Cuadrado has to a faster style. Admittedly he isn't getting any favours by being an 80th minute substitute every other game, but Mourinho has to play his strongest XI in virtually every match and that means Hazard and either Willian or Rami on the wing. Rekin 835
The knee-jerk reactions here are just as unfortunate as they are expected. It is way too early to judge Cuadrado, he has shown signs of promise but also shared some of the problems he had in Fiorentina. PL is a tougher league and it will take some time for him to reach his best, I still greatly prefer him to Salah. It was a good purchase and I am certain we will reap the rewards 2015, whether it will be this season or next remains to be seen. lucio 5,418
I thought he did well against everton, and wasn't that without costa and cesc? Give him a full game with those 2 , hazard on the left and willian centre

I agree but only to a point. It is too early to reach a definitive conclusion but I see nothing wrong with a comment that says something like, I haven't been impressed with what I've seen so far, and indeed I haven't. If Juan is to get a chance to show us what he can do he'll have to impress Jose enough to get some game time. It seems he hasn't done that yet either. I don't mind if it takes till the end of the season before Cuadrado starts to show the kind of form we all wish for but I hope it happens by then. I would not want to see us start 2015/16 still searching for a solution at right-sided AM.
RoyalBlues 4,050
Because of him, Willian suddenly becomes better than ever. So I don't have any complain at the moment. Give this man time to adapt.
