The new sponsorship is fantastic for all the resons already dicussed. It's great to see Chelsea becoming competitive in commercial revenue.

But right now, with the great interest in worldwide football and distribution improving, you have to imagine that Real, Barca etc. will equal or surpass Chelsea's figure when their own contracts come up for renewal. So it's basically a revolving door of sponsorship with an unknown ceiling.

On the shirts, I must say that I don't find the black accents at all appealing. For selfish reasons (because they look better on me ) I'd prefer a collared shirt. But I know I'm on a bit of an island with that one.

Like I wrote: "Supporters should be happy that something good happens, even esctatic!" I am a supporter so yes I am very often happy with this club. For example, I remember the crazy happiness I felt when we won the Champions League. Happiness isn't even extreme enough of a word! However, there is always something to fix or work out. Like, right now, I wish Fabregas and Ramires were better at defending since Matic won't be available for the final against Spurs.
