Yeboii 1,844
Was really a joke although he's got a much higher ceiling than any AM in this gameMaybe. I do want him to become one of the greats, but he has not proven himself as much as Baker, Aké and Boga for example.
We Hate Scouse 10,326
Salah and Schurrle.... This is why they won't play as much as they'd like this year. Poor decision making and awful finishing. At least Salah is actually doing something attacking wise. No other player is. Salah has done more than Oscar, Drogba and Schurrle. Vytis33 1,272
Salah's pace is always exciting to watch. His finishing skills largely are not.
Eidur the Spider 4,515
Schurrle and Oscar have been DREADFUL. On the plus side though, Christensen has been OUTSTANDING. Solid performance!

stroey 2,525
Salah was our best player, yes he had 2-3 bad shots but also created chances for others and was dangerous with his pace.

Viper22 2,418
Looking more and more like selling Salah and Schurrle to fund the signing of Reus/Sterling/Barkley and promoting Boga to the first team squad would be a good move in January.... Gilvorak 3,734
Salah and Schurrle have both been awful but they're much better players than they're showing. Wouldn't mind if Salah was shipped off though, the likes of Brown, Musonda and Boga should be getting his minutes.Oscar shouldn't have started this game. This was a game for Baker. Stats 7,145
This game needs a Boga, a Baker, a Musonda, a Swift. Youth players with quality to open up league two opposition. But we'll rather throw in an Oscar and 36 year old Drogba who just played 90 mins 48 hours ago.Makes so much sense. They shouldn't have been allowed to play u-21's but should have been kept for this game. This is how to develop youth team players.Boga was so impressive in our pre-season games. He showed so much promise and I think these sort of games he would thrive. I would rather see him in that no.10 role tonight than Oscar. Boga has got that swagger about him that no matter who he plays he is willing to just cut holes through the opposition. We all got our hopes up that after seeing how good Boga was in pre-season he had a chance of featuring in the first team this season but it was never realistic and is not going to happen unfortunately. kellzfresh 7,229
Just imagine Hazard gets a serious injury and these 3 plus Willian are the AM The distance between hazard and the rest of our ams is like the skies and the ground. You can clearly see why these guys will let opposition double mark hazard and fabregas due to their level of quality.
Madmax 9,219
I like Schurrle but he should pull his finger out FFS. He looks like a Lego World Champion. Baker should be pissed off having to sit out for this shitshow.
Eidur the Spider 4,515
Mohamed Salah: The speedboat without a driver BUT at least he's trying hard, I'm looking at you two Oscar and Schurrle. Jesus boys!!
lionsden 4,689
Boga would certainly, he has better close control and dribbling ability than all 3, he'd commit players and open up space. But hey, experience is so vital, he can't be trusted. And Baker has better technique than Oscar and I mean that seriously. Not just that even the decision making of the so called senior players has been woeful as well.I always want to ask anti youth campaigners what it is that they are so afraid/cautious of. Will Boga for instance score 5 own goals to lose us the game if he was to feature or will Baker do 8 stevie Gerrard slips to let schrewbury in for goals galore. They always make it seem like youth participation in the first team game automatically limits the teams ability to win a match. it's ridiculous sometimes. And I agree with you regarding the last statement but Oscar is Brazilian and Baker is ehm English so . . . . . All English players are technically average battering rams we have been told.
