If we sell Luis in the summer, then who can we get to replace him?

I think we need to be careful about selling players just because we feel sorry for them and all that (people are also talking about selling Remy for instance). The main objective now is to improve the quality in our squad and bolster our options, not selling players and overhauling like half of the team. We should be sorting out the key areas that need improvement first before even thinking of tackling the area that we have no problem with right now.

Silly, silly Jason. You realise we're not actually in charge of the transfers. Stupid.

If the replacement is going to play the same minutes as Luis this season, why not try Ake?

He would be perfect. At Reading he played some games as a LB and he was great. He is also homegrown and and pretty much a defensive allrounder.

I wouldn't say that. Azpi is probably one of the best fullbacks in the game and Brana gives us a tactical advantage from set pieces. They both been extremely good and when Luis has played he wasn't able to displace them. I think it more a case where those two have been so brilliant its made it hard for him to break into the side.

His replacement has done well and te team hasn't missed a beat. With marcelo out for copa, luis surely would start since they didn't call up alex sandro.

No. Luis is a great player and was one of their key players. Him getting injured in the CL final was the turning point.

Lol hell no, anyone who follows Alti would tell you Siquiera is a massive downgrade from Luis, flipe was a game changer from his position. AM would take him back in a heartbeat he was clearly missed this past season.

Also filipe was already established before his move to Athletico Madrid. He garnered interest from Barcelona when he was at Deportiva.

Hmm ... why he's so open regarding transfers ? That's interesting.

With them wanting Filipe and getting Vietto (which is very close they say) we surely get Griezmann ?
