Cesc will be the biggest challenge for Conte. You kinda have to have Cesc in the starting lineup otherwise I'm not sure how you're creating chances. But how are you going to fit him into a 2-man midfield?

its essentially an asymmetrical version of 4-3-3 with the width being provided on the left side. We won't see this though
