He completely changed the team's tempo as soon as he was brought in. Almost as if he's a different player now. Bizarre.

Salah now has 2 goals and 1 assist in 3 games for Fiorentina.

Cuadrado had 4 goals and 4 assists in 17.

Not sure who got the short end of the stick.

What a stupid comment. Salah is still our player.

Again. This is why we said he should have been given a chance to perform but he wasn't.

Anyway, we can't judge the value of our buy until next season, when he's settled in the PL. As we've learnt, Serie A success means nothing in the PL, and maybe we should consider this factor when the Pogba question comes up again next summer. United must have let him go for a reason.

If that's the case then we shouldn't have signed Cuadrado. His stats were not that good in Serie A to begin with    . Hmmmm.

Some of us were sceptical about this, but to tell you the truth at the time I didn't actually think it'd happen, I thought Jose would keep his word and keep his summer squad until the next window, but it's general knowlege really that no league matches the physicality and the intensity of the BPL. I'd imagine that this is why we usually don't have a problem with this. For example, Nemanja Matic is big enough and buff enough that this factor will not apply on him no matter where he comes from. Cuadrado is...a little more lean, I can see him getting bullied off of the ball a lot.

Having said that, he didn't get bothered much in the Burnley game. It's too early to tell.

And @hunt, it's because we lost patience with our sub par right wingers (rightly) and we saw a guy with great stats in a weaker league and maybe the tinted glasses came in. Cuadrado will probably evolve fine, but it's a factor worth considering.
