Well, finally someone asks the right Question.
What is his Position? I seems to me not even Conte knows, what Matic's Position ore Duties are.
I believe his Position is as lone defensively minded Playmaker right behind Hazard/Pedro ore Willian .. and infront of Kante.

He must have been a one season wonder. Seemed to have everything in his first season, but isn't even a shadow of his former self now.

Matic, on his day, is the most complete Midfielder Offense/Defense in the EPL ... We need to keep him at Chelsea.

I don't know much about Bakayoko, but I want Radja. Radja is what we need in the middle next to Kante.

There's no other seasoning and Portugal is completely different to the bigger leagues.

Well, if we go fore Nainggollan and it turns out a success story, I'd be the first one to admit I was wrong.

But on the other Hand, if we sell Matic to United, and he starts tearing apart Opponents Midfields left and right, side by side with Paul Pogba, I will be the first one to say ... I told you so.

Bakayoko really isn't a lot better than Matic. Would be a lateral move.

This isn't even the worst of it. Wait till we play the top CL clubs with him in the lineup, it will be chance after chance for their forwards cause this man doesn't have any awareness whatsoever when receiving the ball or in possession of it. Nor does he have the agility and the skill to retain the ball under pressure. Kante suffers from the same problems as he does but at least the Frenchman has the pace and agility to get himself out of trouble sometimes.

Improvement in his the summer needed big time. This midfield will get crushed in Europe if it's kept this way.

This is what a real midfielder should look like. Would have completely transformed the way we played and made us a better. Instead we have this fucking giraffe fraud.

Yeah, I mean .. He looks nice for a Midfielder maybe, I don't know.

But more important than what he looks like .. is what he plays like .. In Football Looks is of not much relevance - Look at Ronaldo R9, ugly as fugg .. but one of the greatest Footballers.

And I mean watching this Video, I dont see anything special .. which League is this btw ... German?

The Problem is this ... We cannot get a more complete Midfielder than Matic right now .. Maybe if we merge Nainggollan and Bayoko or Dier, we would have the full Package.

Prefer if we play with 3 man midfield, which is the real solution.

This is a level your boy could only ever dream of reaching with his clumsy touch, mediocre awareness, onefootedness and slowness of thought. You're the only one of the forum who I know of that still rates him which speaks for itself.

It's nice posting Videos of someones good performances ... But he never played in the EPL.

Mate I think you play to much of football manager 2017 or fifa 17 when you going to take off them matic glasses off he was awful today matic needs upgraded in the summer

Matic 1st season he was excellent after that some of performance have been poor
