TheWiz 109 Posted May 14, 2017 Share Posted May 14, 2017 The Problem with Nemanja is, is that he is such a great Player with so many Qualities, that as a Manager you don't really know where and how to use him in the most effective way. Because he can keep the Midfield in Balance and destroy Opponents Offensive Efforts, he is used in a much too defensive Way. I expect to see him switching Positions next Season ... Between Defensive Enforcer and Offensive Playmaker ... He got excellent Technique, a great first Touch, He got Vision and the Ability to release the right Pass in the Right Moment and he is able to get past 2-3 Opponents as well as the Ability to Score Goals .. from wide Range as well as in the Centreforward Range. I guess switching him from Defensive Enforcer against more offensive and technical Teams to Offensive Playmaker against stubborn and defensively minded Teams next Season ... will be one of the Keys to Success.  Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is such an important Game ... I mean, it would really leave a deep Scratch on that EPL Title ... if we don't manage to defend it in the FA Cup Final. Still Matic is a brilliant Football Mind .. and one of the Carriers and Pillars of this Team. Even the best Players have bad days from time to time ... He is fast and athletic, but that does not prevent him of losing the Ball or playing passes into the dark ... Matic, on his day, is the most complete Midfielder Offense/Defense in the EPL ...
