Well, he could, but that means deploying Ramires as your main DM, Ramires can do a decent job there but it is essentially the same problem we had this season - it takes away his best B2B assets.

Yeah, Van Ginkel wouldn't solve our need for one. It's why I'd love De Rossi - he's pretty much perfect for this team and would allow us to press on with the potential need for a striker if Mourinho doesn't think Lukaku, Ba and Torres is enough.

I think Oscar would be best as lone creator with two skilled wingers and striker. That is/was his role in brasil and he looked like their best player. In our team he mighr play dlp, but he just isnt best there when comes to his abilities.

Would be great having Ramires, Van Ginkel, De Rossi, Oscar and Lampard and maybe Romeu as our CM options next season with Chalobah hopefully taking over from Lampard the season after

That's the worst comparison ever. Oscar has the right attributes to play in the pivot so it really isn't like playing Hazard at LB.

Although Van Ginkel isn't a DM as such he played quite well with Strootman at the U21 championships. Whenever Strootman ventured forward he stayed back in the centre of the park and acted as the DM and vice versa

Van Ginkel/Romeu/Essien & Ramires

Oscar, Mata & Hazard. Mou have said it will be alot of Rotation, so game problems would not be a issue, we have Moses, De Bruyne & Schurrle.

Chelsea would surely play 70+ games (With the international) so we need more depth, thats why i would like Van ginkel to come, to bring Offensiv & Defensiv qualitys.

When you see Lampard & Ramires play togheter you often see Ramires doing the hard work & Lampard doing what he can do the best.

If Van Ginkel is the new Lampard i would love seeing him & Ramires doing the same.
