It's important for a player to settle in socially with his teammates and not just on the field. Very glad he seems so happy and comfortable here already.

That maybe true but think you're overstating it a little bit. It's generally normal for new players to come in and hang out with others to know them better and make new friends, not just from the players coming perspective but also those that are already here. Don't exactly need a manager to tell the present players to do that.

I wasnt the biggest fan of the Schurrle signing but looks like he has passion for CFC I like that in players hope he can translate it onto the pitch

Well, those are 12/13 kits. I see no problem with that because De Bruyne wore them in preseason and had the 14 at the back. The 13/14 kits have Schurrle as number 14.

definitely deserves more than even a double facepalm. £60 odd quid for someone who wasn't even here. My god, they should be a tenner max. In fact, they shouldn't even be on sale. They shoulda been taken away as soon as he went to Germany. £60!

Looking forward to seeing him this pre season though and trying to make it here. Him and Shirley are the 2 i'm most looking forward to seeing this pre season with Romelu of course.

Wanna see a trademark Shirley belter cutting in from the left. I'm sure we'll see a few of them next season. Boy can he strike a clean football.
