  1. 1. Who Is Your Man Of The Match?

It was good and what you would expect from a professional footballer. I wouldn't call it brilliant though, but it was well executed can't argue with that.

It was brilliant because probably 8 out of 10 players in the PL would not get the weight, pace and timing of it this perfect.

I farking loved our away support! Reminded me of pre-Abramovich times when our away support was simply the best in the country (well, I'm perhaps being a tad bias). The smoke bombs, although one was set off rather crap, were a great touch too! No idea how they got them into the stadium (can someone explain?) but I want to see more of that in the future.

This win is sooo close to feeling as good as the 5-1 win over Tottenham last season for me personally! I despise Leeds fans more than Tottenham fans, but despise Tottenham as a club more than Leeds.

Just because Lampard`s pass was better, it does not mean Luiz`s was average...

Haven't said it was average.

Do you have anything to back that claim? I would call it brilliant if 8 out of 10 players wouldn't even attempt that, let alone pull it off.

This is a brilliant pass, something that catches the defense off guard:

Or this one...

our travelling fans are magnificent .. I don't get to travel anymore and only manage the Bridge about 3 timesa year ... But thats why I get enraged

when people come on here and slag off our fans booing Benitez ... THEY have earned that right through years of travelling to support Chelsea.

Those fans are the ones who are always there ,,, Good times and bad

In Marseille we got bangers in by hiding them in our hoods, I'm assuming they done the same.

When stewards search you they never seem to check there. It's the prefect place!

It was a brilliant away trip. Reminded me of those 80s away trips - especially with the being kept behind at the end -just enjoyment all the time. The difference though with the 80s ones was that we actually won. :blue scalf: Even their stewards were having a laugh albeit nervously.

I do agree with you - you pays your money and you can sing pretty much whatever you want.

I just make the personal choice to support the team positively rather than chant negative stuff about people associated with the club. We aren't Blackburn, we're Chelsea and we're fucking lucky. To me some of the chants can come across a little spoilt and entitled, but people can sing what they want once they've paid their money and travelled a fair way on a shitty night.

But I will say that the support was fantastic and in my view the anti-Benitez stuff is on the decline. It helps when you're at Elland Road because there's many more loathsome things to sing about.
