chelsea blue 615 Posted November 25, 2012 Share Posted November 25, 2012 Some sad news to report as the Football Association announces that former Chelsea, QPR, Coventry and Manchester United manager Dave Sexton has died. Sexton, who also managed England Under-21's, won the FA Cup in 1970 and the European Cup Winners' Cup the following year with Chelsea.
