Luckynotes 17
I hope that young talents learn from the mistakes charly made and don't come to chelsea. You just know you will never get a fair chance as a youth player. its just a waste of talent and time tbh.

Miguelito 459
He's just one of those talents where you know he's most likely going to be one of the top players in the world. Whether that's at our club or somewhere else, he'll do it somewhere Jeronimo123, Hybrid Angel, Luckynotes and 1 other

This is why I never wanted Mourinho at the beginning. I'm glad that he was sack and now we don't have to plea for him to comeback. Or have his shadow with us always wondering what if? Well now we know and he is gone. Now we can move forward and create our own identity away from the shadow of Mourinho. MCM4PR3Z, EMK, The Skipper and 2 others
Miguelito 459
Both of these teams seem terrible at defending. Granted, I don't watch either often

pHaRaOn 2,131
Sometimes he held ball for too long and should have score at the end of the game (or atleast have a shoot), but other than that pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good. Great dribbling when he has a lot of space and also good close control. Miguelito

The problem is (if you can really call it a problem) that the club and new manager will Ben of desperate to get back to the top that a top player may be brought in that plays the same position. I'd hate to see a Pogba situation here where everyone can see his talent but he isn't given a chance, moves clubs, and becomes a superstar. Already rumors of several of our rivals sniffing around. True but if Conte is a manager that takes chances in youth like he did with pogba then we might have some hope.

bababoom 4,478
Really hope Chelsea dont fuck this up. We should be excited by the prospect of our youngsters playing for the first team but i'm just waiting for the inevitable fuck up by our board, it's not right really.
quickpassnmove 924
Regardless of La Liga's quality of defending, I am excited to see Musonda play for CFC 1st team.

Adnane 1,101
Betis have an option to extend his loan for an additional season and judging by how impressive he has been for them lately I doubt we'll see him in a blue shirt before 2017.

Oh my goodness. His 5th professional game and he is absolutely bossing it. There should be no reason that Oscar should be ahead of him in the pecking order. You just need to have the eyes to judge based on quality rather than fame. And I'm not even talking about the potential. He IS a better player than Oscar. chelseafan26 and Adnane

Sorry mate, but the way these kids were treated this season (and definitely add RLC to it who cant get a minute of football despite us having just 4 CMs) and it shows a poor showing. In the ideal season, we will slowly gave them minutes and increasing it step by step in certain period along the season. But, unfortunately we're having the worst first half of season, and that just leaving Jose without much choices. Yes, you can blame him, this is all because of his stubbornness, and else, I wouldn't blame you, but after Guus taking over, it certainly back on the track for the kids. With Conte (who has a history and rated youths quite high) seems likely on the way to our club, it makes their chances bigger than ever. Just don't like the idea of our fans want to prevent talented youths to joining us, if most of their reason come to us because of the money, so be it. If they got loaned, they just have to do their best and see what happens next, like Courtois did. That's why I think the decision to stick on Courtois than Cech last season and last summer, was a huge statement from our club for the young players. If we think you are good enough for us, you have the place in here. If not, we will find you another club, simple as that. This is how it works in the big club with a high standard nowadays. It depends on the kids want to take the challenge and the risk together or stay on your comfort zone at the small clubs. But hey, you still get the big bucks in your pocket nevertheless.
