Great article but Gianfranco is still the best for me. He was something else. Their teams can't be compared so the thropies won are irrelevant.

Agreed. Lampard probably gets the accolade because of achievements he's helped us get & longevity maybe a factor too. Not taking anything away from Lampard but he doesn't touch Zola as the best Chelsea player of all time imo.

Lampard should be used like Scholes is used at United. still has experience and as he showed against Norwich, still buries chances from the edge of the box

Lamps is the reason i started supporting chelsea.I will be extremely sad when he retires.
