In this season,he will get a lot of chances to show his skills and Ivanovic won´t play 60 games.It would be a good signing and he can improve his defensive skills,when Ivanovic teaches him sth.

Correct me if I'm wrong but what i know is Mata is earning around 50-60K/week. So I'm not really impressed with our board if we are about to pay him as high as 80K/week.

Pretty sure this isn't true - remember the english press reporting (and still maintaining) we're paying hazard £180-200k pw, when french press believe its closer to £100k pw. I'd be surprised if he was on any more than £40-50k.

80000 in euros is roughly 64000 in pounds.

if its the wrong way around like 80000 pounds p/w then its just over 100k p/w in euros....
