Jype 6,398
Rumors seem to be spreading quickly... Personally I haven't seen enough of him to form an opinion one way or the other but certainly seems like a very promising player. Expensive as hell though.Daily Fail already reporting about this like the transfer has already happened. Annoys the shit out of me when they do that. themightyblue 443
I'll offer my two cents worth. I've done some reasearch on him and seen him around 5 times. He's played as a deep lying playmaker at times this season for Inter and has also played as a wide forward for Brazil. Favoured position seems to be in the hole, but this versatility is brilliant to have. This is a brilliant read about him http://brazil.worldcupblog.org/world-cup-2010/the-playmakers-oscar.html

Ridiculous talent though
zolayes 14,489
i think the best way to play all three is to just let them all drift and roam around behind Torres as they please, with none of them actually having a fixed position as such.thats the kind of fluid formation I prefer , most unsettling to defenders. mannyfreshh 164
Oscar is really really talented... He was amazing and the best of the brazilians in the game against Argentina... Chelsea now one one the most creative teams in football.. I cannot wait to see them play on the 18th
TorontoChelsea 4,064
Wow...I like this kid, he's got great potential, but 25M for an unproven midfielder with 1 season under his belt in Brazil? That's more than Mata or David Silva or Ya Ya Toure if the number is true which is just crazy. That means Chelsea had better believe that he's ready to play a starring role immediately. jmarlow 458
Just was about to go to sleep, and decided to have one last look on twitter for today for any transfer news and what do I see! Oscar is coming to Chelsea!!! Unbelievable news!!! This kid is something special and the prospect of having Mata, Hazard and Oscar playing behind Torres is just mouth watering! With the squad we have already we are capable of going to the etihad or old trafford and playing those manchester teams off the park!!! And the best thing is were not done yet!!! Can't wait for next season to start!!!
We Hate Scouse 10,326
The figure being quoted is in Euro's don't forget. So it's closer to £20 million.
Heisenberg 1,824
Good signing , but i'm only seeing him playing in a 4-3-3 formation as an Iniesta.

Bir_CFC 3,455
I am huge fan of this guy. His playing style is one that can be very influential in a team. I would say probably more than anyone on Chelsea (he's like a Mata that can play in the midfield). I don't mean now but once he develops more. That said I don't think he can play in a 4-2-3-1 in the double pivot.
