Fulham Broadway 17,317
Saw him pass the cfcuk stand going in the opposìte direction before kick off.  More than likely on his way, so dont worry. Shame the lad doesnt seem to have the talent neccesary.

You missed my point though. We are playing for nothing now. So, the club - please ignore tampon manager for now - may want to put the players they want to sell on display. Let others see them week in week and out and perhaps someone may be enticed. For example, it may have become easier now to sell Mikel... well barring the last game (city) when he was below his usual. This doesn't make any sense. So why wasn't Oscar playing when we were still in competitions like the FA Cup and Champions League? He isn't playing because he's shit, not because his Chelsea future is secured.
Blue Colored Sky 1,807
He should be sold before Conte sees him. Somehow both Mourinho and Hiddink have underlined how amazingly naturally gifted Oscar is. I think he really is a master in training. Any other league will be easier for him than the PL. Unlike Kevin De Bruyne, Oscar doesn't have near that ability. He can't singlehandedly run games and carry teams with magical skill like Kev. He's just not on that level. Just can't see him coming back to haunt us in a couple of years like Lukaku and Kev have. Well quickly move past Oscar if we get someone who actually puts up numbers and doesn't go missing for weeks at a time. We need production and consistency. I know Oscar is shit, but he had moments when he ran the show in Brazil.. why can't he do the same thing for us ffs

Sideshow Luiz 2,310
I haven't completely given up on Oscar.  It's true, I don't think he's progressed much.  But, I don't think he's a real no.10.  I see him as more of a CM in a 433 type of system.  Could possibly be a 10 in a 2 striker formation.  Basically, I don't think he has the mentality for a second striker type role.

Please don't argue about the point of Oscar being shit or not... that's not it. You think he is shit, and I agree he's been shit... IMO the others are equally shit, hence the results, but I digress. My point remains that this is the time to play: a - youngsters, so they get minutes and show whether they can be used right away or not b - players who you want to sell: put them on display so scouts can sell the idea to other clubs. Why would we even care about (b) players. The only players that should be playing are the ones that are going to stay in the club and actually want to play. Playing youth with unmotivated wankers is the worst thing you can do to their development.

No your point doesn't stand because you're implying Oscar isn't playing because his place is secured. He was dropped because he's a bad player, not because youngsters are being given a go and /or others are being put on the shop window. Perhaps Oscar isn't playing because he's so shit the club don't want to put off any potential buyers. chelseafan26 and Essien19

Fine, then lets look at reasons why Guss would play costa ahead of traore, pedro ahead of Kenedy, mikel-cesc ahead of any youth player but he plays RLC ahead of oscar. Well I think a simple reason, Oscar has been found out and told he will be sold in the summer, simple as. The correlation was based on the selection, never on the result. Our results and performances with or without oscar have been terrible this season. BUT, i do know one thing for a fact, oscar cant put in half as good a performance as RLC put in against city. I actually agreed with your 'facts' , which are really opinions based on assumptions about a tampon manager's actions, until you mentioned RLC That made me lol - RLC is still looking for that ball he sent to row Z. let's see where each of our 'favs' will be playing next season. RLC is a youngster who will be nowhere near the starting xi next season - you can quote me on this one. It's just opinions.

Unlike some other multi millionaire who has problems with the most basic of footballing abilities and attributes. But sure, he provides "balance". I am sure oscar will be a vital cog for some championship side or some chinese side. And I am also pretty sure he will reach his amazing "potential" at the age of 56. But i would be honored if Sir Oscar just leaves us and lets us be mediocre. We dont deserve his unbelievable footballing skills and balance providing. Styles and mccg
