Funny how everyone is always so quick to jump on his quotes about Madrid and PSG, but when he says he's happy here and hints at staying noone says a thing.

Maybe he should of stated he was happy here first instead of talking about PSG and Madrid.

He gets asked questions about those teams, he answers them. He's not the one running to the press to go talk about Madrid.

He should be told and also know better not to talk about those teams, after all he's happy here so need to talk about them, right?

Well yea, we all know he isn't too smart in his handling with the press, but that's a different matter altogether.

We will see I guess. I just want the kid to end the season really well and see how high we can actually finish after a shit season it's been.

What's your take on him for the international side, how do you see him from that perspective? I mean his form, his general play etc?

He's always been below par for the national team in comparison to his performances for Lille and Chelsea, ironically he's been very productive for the NT since the start of the season albeit against weak opposition.

He's gonna need to prove to Wilmots he deserves his starting spot for France 2016 though, there's a lot of competition for the AM spots, especially now with Chadli and Carrasco doing so well for their respective clubs.

Since Messi has done it, everybody wants to do it. Even Hazard:

But still not as good as the technical coach of Club Bruges:

No need to keep on discussing things like that. Just enjoy videos!

Anybody seriously thinks he's gonna say he's not happy here, especially on the club's channel watched by thousands of fans and club employees? You don't bite the hand that feeds you. Remember all the players defending Jose and speaking so altruistically about the club? Visually we could see this was all bullshit. We have had some hints from players after his sacking that they are happier now, but if we believed their words, they were all oh so determined and happy before too. What you hear players saying on TV is PR training in action. Every time I listen to players talk about something, I think that they all went through the same course or something, they always say the same things. Very predictable and boring. It doesn't matter at all what he says about PSG, Real or us, only actions count and we'll see in the summer what he really thinks.

When he scored the penalty against MK his 50th for us it was the first time that I can think of that he kissed the club badge. I knowits not important for a player to love the team he plays for but its something I always like to see. If youre emotionally involved in something you always put more of yourself into it. But maybe its a Belgian thing? Ive never seen Tibo ever get too emotional about things neither.

Eden Hazard on Chelsea tv- "I am happy, I just need to score a couple of goals...Even if i play bad I am happy."

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt as English isn't his first language but that's a very odd thing to say.

Take the language barrier into account, as you say, I think he is saying that despite his poor form he is still happy at the club.

I'd be, too, if I was churning out sub-par performances and not being made to show any accountability for it. Even the most ardent Hazard fan would find it difficult to argue he's been given pretty much a free ride in terms of criticism, in comparison to the flack Ivanovic, Costa, and Cesc have picked up at the various times. The difference being that, right now, Ivanovic, Costa, and Cesc are probably our best performers at present and Hazard has still yet to register a single Premier League goal.
