Come on, can you be realistic. 150m + dembele who they paid over 100 for? 100m + Isco? Hazard is not a better player than Neymar nor is his market value with regards to sponsorships and visibility anywhere close to Neymar. I rate Hazard highly but what you've written just isnt based in reality.

I know it isn't realistic, i even said that. But this is my valuation of him. I also don't care if you rate that cheat higher, it is my opinion that Hazard is better (for the team).

Then they can do one and sign Neymar instead.

Coutinho and Dembele set the benchmark, if it is not going to be a world record fee, we shouldn't even pick up the phone and have a conversation.

I agree, Coutinho is the starting point in negotiations. Anything less than that is non negotiable. The price IF we sell with no other players involved will probably fall closer to the Mbappe reported fee which was £166m maybe with the world cup boost its £175m

The only player that would appease me Chelsea replacing Hazard with is Mbappe.

I know that they're far from like for like replacements, but in Mbappe I see someone who is destined to become one of the very best in the world and be that talisman that Hazard already is to us.

My first choice would be to keep Hazard however.

Its going to be very difficult for us to attract let alone sign 2 top replacements for both Eden and Willian.

Our best chance is trying for a cash/player for one who feels unappreciated by his current club. Whether thats the likes of Dembele/Asensio/isco/Martial whoever but its just  2 more  priorities we need to look at.

None of those are even close to replacing Hazard and if we sold him, we would be expected to pay majority of it back out on a replacement like you mentioned here or a player + peanuts deal, none of these you mentioned come close to what Hazard is for this club. it would take years for one of these players to settle and replace him as our main man.

Dont sell Hazard. Top ten world class player among this bracket of players in no order (Ronaldo, messi, modric, Neymar, kroos, Hazard, Ramos, Lewandoski, Cavani, KDB, griezmann, suarez) I dont think we will get anyone from that bracket to replace hazard, so selling him is a no.

But if Hazard forces the move or doesn't renew before his last year of contract, (I doubt this would happen but if it does,) sell to Madrid, for 100mil + Kovacic. Buy Hirvin Lozano of mexico and hope for the best.

What then do you suggest we do apart from drugging Mbappe and brainwashing him into wanting to join us?

we just cant attract the big names we would like to think we could.. Just no way we will get near Griezman,Dybala,Isco,Icardi, etc. Its just fact we have to set our sights lower sad to say.

We can if we can pay the fee... not a matter of attracting big names...

We just have to convince Hazard to stay. Harder said than done, I know but we have to try. Real Madrid will be offering big money for him to go and take Ronaldos shadow (he’s never going to break his records or goals so I don’t think he will ever please real fans or become a club legend), or we can show him we want him to stay, offer him a massive contract and he could become a Chelsea and premier league legend.

They are chasing Neymar, already talks started, they won't get Neymar and Hazard. Their primary target is Neymar.

Neymar seems the logical choice with regards to somebody that Real Madrid can throw their marketing behind, and I think Neymar has the mentality that he would thrive in replacing Ronaldo because it only enhances his own brand.

The PSG move always felt like a placeholder for him to move to Madrid without it being directly from Barca.

The next worry would be if PSG lost Neymar, would they move for Hazard or Kante, or even both?

We should not fear them. Their league is a joke, and they are not big club jet, never made something big in UCL.

I worry about them far less, but there still is a potential pull there. To dismiss them as not a big club I think is wrong because they've managed to attract a lot of players to them and don't forget they're a team touted and expected to do well in Europe, whereas we're not even in the Champions League.

I would be much more confident of keeping players from PSG than I would be from Barca or Madrid though.

Not to mention that I do not see Neymar as a Tuchel kind of player. It just doesn't match.I'd rather see him playing for someone like Zidane or Ancelotti, someone who allows big superstars to impose their personality and ego. Tuchel is a more involved kind of manager, so I don't see him being compatible with Neymar, who also doesn't get along with most of the other PSG players. I'd sell him at the first given opportunity, but on the other hand I also wouldn't buy him. I think he's a toxic presence, no matter how great of a player he might be.

Back to Hazard, I have a feeling that he will be leaving this summer, as well as Courtois.

I think that important thing is to bring another attacking outlet. Being it striker, winger, or even some really offensive full-back like Sandro. You won't convict Eden to stay with Rugani or Alisson.

Jorginho is sure big step in right direction. Hope Hazard rates him, but he should be at least intrigued by the price we paid for him.
