RoyalBlues 4,050
Marc Wilmots: "that rabona annoyed me"oh, come on it is just a cross, not that he face a clear chance and do something stupid.Wilmots starting to annoy me. kellzfresh

RoyalBlues 4,050
Also Wilmots has to sorted his tactic and strategy first, which is not working good so far, before blaming someone else. They will facing stronger opponents away, in the future. Not that because of one rabona, they lose the points. Everybody expect Belgium to have a comfortable victory over Wales. When you failed to do that, there is something wrong with your preparation.

Supermonkey92 1,428
Robben in his best forum for us couldn't touch hazard's dribbling. But, he could score and it was natural to him from a young age. Not so with Eden.
Popular Post! Mustafa 885 Posted November 17, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted November 17, 2014 Lol it's quite funny that whenever I come on here I see 2 or 3 new (sometimes old) people who say the saaaameee thing... Since the beginning of this season, "...needs to improve finishing" or end product or killer instinct *sigh*Normally, I'm not too bothered... but common, he's a professional football player. I'm sure he knows that he needs to improve his end product/finishing/killer instinct. Especially as a player who knows he has the talent and aspires to be a future Ballon d'or winner. You would think people would understand that..But, yet, here they are... dUMB, iseah100, RoyalBlues and 3 others
johnnythefirst 1,076
I love Hazard, but Wilmots was right. It was 0-0 in the second half, and he was almost at the backline. It wasn't the time or place to try that stuff. He couldn't aim it and it failed miserably. It was not smart at all. He should have gone for the normal cross. Mourinho would have been more pissed than Wilmots.
Hamilton 2,120
Indeed, just needed to cross with his left.

17. Eden Hazard 30
It failed because the ball bounced slightly up right before he hit it. If he pulled it off like he did against Fulham, QPR, PSG etc. everyone would be raving about it.

(And he could have never curved it the way it should have if he'd given a normal cross)Hazard has been doing rabonas all his life, it's a natural move to him not some kind of experiment. It was never going to be an easy cross and he felt more comfortable doing a rabona rather than using his weak foot but an erratic ball movement ruined it, I really don't see what the fuss is about. There were plenty more of garbage crosses that game, the majority of them a lot easier than this one but people don't talk about those because they didn't involve a move they aren't familiar with. RoyalBlues 4,050
I'm still thinking that rabona was not a decisive one. Origi not for certain will score anyway. If he did that, at least three times in three important occasions in that match and all failed, then I could understand Wilmots fury. If Wilmots think because of that one rabona, it cost them, then he should analyzed it, how his team failed to create better chances and could finish it better in over 90 minutes. If he thinking that Hazard didn't play good, then he just have to said it. What I saw Hazard has been brilliant yesterday, hence he got the MOTM award. It is ridiculous to blame that rabona, after how brilliant Hazard was yesterday imo. johnnythefirst 1,076
I believe none of you watched 1. the actual moment and 2. Wilmots' actual words. He could not have put the ball in front of goal like that in that position.
17. Eden Hazard 30
He could not have put the ball in front of goal like that in that position. The cross against Fulham was a few yards farther out but pretty much the same angle:Anyway pointless discussion. RoyalBlues

ChelseaFC12 134
his finishing is NOT below average ,,just below HIS averageNah it's really below par, compared to other players of his calibre, look at Bale, Neymar, Reus even Sanchez... I think Hazard is better than them all, but one thing separates them is their finishing and killer instinct in front of goal is lot better I mean much better. He would have scored atleast 5-6 more goals by now but sadly....I really hope he improves.

We're playing way to slow and i think that's why a lot of our attacking players move into central areas and move towards the ball.Witsel, Fellaini just aren't good enough on the ball to find players in tight spaces. They constantly play easy lateral balls but rarely play forward. I think one of our Belgian reporters said that of the 54 passes Witsel gave only 4 actually were forward passes. I mean that's just pathetic.DeBruyne on the 8 would also help the problem of Hazard and DeBruyne getting in eachothers way.DeBruyne would still be a lot on the ball while Hazard could come inside from his left wing and drift between the lines. iseah100
