King11Didier 916
It's time for him to prove something, if he can. Hope he gets a lot of minutes and after this season to watch him in Chelsea shirt for many years.

didierforever 7,349
now i just cant understand why exactly he would do that.jose will never give him a chance in midfield. we have a 25 year old azpi along with a 21 year old baba as our LBs.we have a 21 year old zouma, looking to buy a 21 year old stones for th future.i mean why the fuck would u relegate urself to years of loan deals, no stability. a different team every year, different players with whom you have to develop a rapport and a chemistry in a short span. honestly would love to see what goes on inside these kids' heads. The Mak 4,459
I thought he was very tidy on the ball when he played a bit under Benitez. Still has the capability to replace Mikel in the squad I feel.
Jase 43,479
New 5 year deal and loan to Watford: http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2015/08/new-deal-for-ake.html?That's all of him, Bamford and MVG playing in the EPL this season. Kind of gives an idea who the club has the highest hopes for. 5-year deal? That's interesting considering the likes of Bamford, Kane only got a 3-year extension earlier this year. supporter 3,088
I think today is a good day for Nathan Aké and for us. Watford is a good option for him. A team that just arrived in the Premier League after a great season in the First Division, a team which needs a leader and maybe Aké can be that leader as he was in the few matches that Aké was on loan last season with Reading .Furthermore, Watford has Quique Sanchez Florez as his manager. He is from Spain, and Quique coached Atletico de Madrid from 2009 to 2011 and he did a great job. As I said several times, Atletico de Madrid in Spain is my team and I remember how Quique Sanchez Flores did a great job with the players of Atletico Madrid. Especially with young players because he is a coach with a lot of empathy for the young players (besides being a great person). I think Aké and Quique are going to understand between them perfectly. Quique is a good coach for Aké.I'm glad he has signed five more years with us. That means that the club knows he is a player with a great future. Aké can return next season with more than 30 matches of experience between Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup to fight to be in our starting eleven. So, good luck dude!Regards. killer1257

Reddish-Blue 2,506
5-year deal? That's interesting considering the likes of Bamford, Kane only got a 3-year extension earlier this year. From what i heard, Bamford negotiated a 3 year extension...even though a 5 year deal was on the tableAs for Kane, I'm guessing that's a loyalty contract until he finds a permanent home at a Championship club
Oscar 441
Spurs are so dumb. They had sandro, capoue, the ever slow huddlestone and elected to keep mason and bentlab.Ake will have a hard time getting games since capoue is at watford
supporter 3,088
Aké played tonight against Preston North as left-back. There are several of his plays in the video. Regards. kellzfresh
Stats 7,142
Another pointless loan. Seriously, do we just chuck out players on loan for the sake of it? Watford bought probably around 15 players this season and already have players who are more experienced than Ake in their squad yet we sent him out loan to them. He played in one COC game which they were knocked out in and has not appeared in any of their PL matchday squads. It is because they have too many players in every position. Why did we loan him there? Pointless and just another wasted loan it will be.

supporter 3,088
Nathan Aké has played today his first ten minutes in Premier League with Watford against Newcastle United as left-back.I just saw those ten minutes (I hope he will play more minutes gradually) and he has had a good performance, well adapted to the position of left-back but highly focused on defensive aspects (which is normal because Watford was winning 1-2 and the game was finishing). It's been only 10 minutes but Aké was good, well positioned and with great maturity, as he usually does when he plays in midfield.6.52 points according to WhoScored.I wish he can go play more minutes gradually. This guy has a great future ahead with us.

supporter 3,088
WOULD like to think so .. We wasted a year of his lifeTotally agree with you. Aké should have been on loan in another Premier League team last season to have expertise to be able to have completed his professional development. But I still have confidence in him. Quique Sanchez Flores (Watford's manager) is a good coach for young players (Koke started with him in Atletico de Madrid) and I wish Aké can return next season having played more than 25/30 matches between Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup with Watford. To me Aké is, along with RLC and Solanke, one of the best jewels of our academy.I wish he can start playing regularly step by step. zolayes, Blue_Fox_, killer1257 and 1 other
