We have basically been 'funding' Porto ever since the days of Mourinho!

Paulo Ferreira - 13.2m

Ricardo Carvalho - 19.85m

Jose Bosingwa - 16.2m

And not forgetting that 13m for AVB and however much it was for Mourinho!

All Porto want is Money. For the right price they'll sell their entire team <_<

You are wrong. Like capriccioso said the last time they sold their big stars in one summer was because Mourinho left them, and they were CL champions. You should not underastimate them, Porto is a club that always want to stay competitive in the biggest levels that they can afford. The main reason of them putting such hugh price tags on their players is that the players will stay at Porto. In Porto, the club knows when he's ready to sell a player. For example, they would NEVER sell Hulk last summer, because they sold Falcao. Now is the time for him in their eyes, and he will leave. Thats the reason i dont think Moutinho will leave too this summer, but maybe Porto already have a big plan, like couple of realy talented players on their way to the club. Could be.

So to summarise what your post is saying: "You're wrong, but you could be right"..........

Dont be so silly, i dont know what could happen so i will not say "never" about stuff like this. When im saying "could be" i mean its like a 30% chance- judge on the history of Porto. I'll be suprised to see Moutinho in a differnt team next season, I cant say more than that and i shouldnt act like i can.

And btw my post says a bit more... you are definitely wrong by saying all Porto cares about is the money they will get from their players. And i explained it to you.

we are gettin oscar for 25. fuck yeah

I am happy we will buy Oscar and not Modric/Moutinho, but Moutinho is class player and in two years he can become even better than Modric. I dont want him near spurs...

The battle for the signature of Porto playmaker Joao Moutinho is set to be reignited this summer as Tottenham are likely to face competition from London rivals Chelsea, who are also reportedly keen on signing the player.

Moutinho was on the cusp of a move to North London last summer, but Spurs were unable to get the paperwork done in time on deadline day. Tottenham are still keen on the player with Manager Andre Villas-Boas keen to be reunited with the man who used the run the show for him in the middle of the park when at Porto.

Moutinho will be priced at £20 million, this summer, and Porto’s owner Pinta da Costa declared in an interview with Portuguese daily A Bola that he would be powerless to stop the player from leaving this season. Da Costa said, “It is hard to resist. We know that there are clubs with millionaires who have no limitations [in terms of] money, [such] as Chelsea and PSG.”

Da Costa’s mention of Chelsea has set tongues wagging that Jose Mourinho wants Moutinho at the club when he arrives in the summer, and as past experience has shown, what Mourinho wants, Mourinho gets.

I'm worried and also intrigued by what will happen with Frank come end of the season. Moutinho is a very good player, no doubt about that but I worry about what route Lampard is going whether it be out the door or staying. He looked really off IMO, last night.

I'd love him to stay but I am not so sure, and maybe Moutinho can be the answer.

Yup he is my 1st choice DLP for next season. He wouldnt cost the world either and would fit in nicely with the portugese speakers.

Hilario, Ferreira, Luiz, Ramires, Moutinho, Oscar and Jose Mourinho. Yet they say this is an English club!
