Uefa plans CL for August also. So my question is if for example Willian moves to Bayern will he play for us or for them in Last 16 game? Based on what we know so far, I would guess he can't since the Champions League season would still be the 2019/20 edition as opposed to 2020/21. The leagues have been paid in advance, and there are penalties if the leagues don't finish.
