I don't want to be a total poo head, but I wish we'd replace Steve Holland now with someone who used to play with the club.

With both Di Matteo and Eddie Newton (assuming he stays) having played for the club and now being part of the management, I wish we'd do similar with other parts of the club staff structure. He also rarely smiles which isn't nice to see

It'd be brilliant if we could get someone like Zola, Vialli, Wise etc. being part of the DoF board set up.
