Well if we do manage to win BOTH cups, then RDM getting the job full time should be a certainty. If he doesn't get the job..and we end up with someone average like Laurent Blanc, then that'll be a disgrace.

The only other manager capable of handling the Chelsea role is Jose Mourinho & he's already said that he wants to stay at least 1 more year at Madrid..

I agree that he should get the job if we do win both cups. But from Romans moves in the past sometimes there not logical , i think he would prefer a more experienced manager.

If Robbie wins the CL Final he has to get the job , Abramovich has to realise what DiMatteo has done in such a short space of time is extraordinary . from the on pitch celebrations that I saw RDM was quite reserved - maybe he wanted to savor moment - not every day a guy who played for CFC in 2 FA Cup Finals gets to coach the Blues to victory in one as well - simply amazing - I will say it again, Mr. Abramovich give him the JOB!!!

He has been fantastic, against all the odds too. When he first took the job would you ever of guessed we would of made it this far?, no way on earth you wouldn't, and we've only lost 2 premier league games.

In the space of 6 days we beat Spurs 5-1, Barcelona 1-0, drew 0-0 with Arsenal (and with having our B team, plus we were the better side and should of had a penalty for Bertrand).
