Stingray 9,441
I love the fact that José purposefully paired KDB with Lampard for training. No doubt to learn as much from the master as he can! It is the smart thing to do .... It must be such a good feeling for Kev too being able to train with such a monument. Real peer coaching. Awesome. Bir_CFC 3,455
I think he's actually similar to Iniesta. I do see similarities to Mata but KDB's dribbling is significantly better than Mata's, hence why I say Iniesta.
ja1 1,166
I love how he gets compared to so many different players, a testimony to how well his all round game is..indeed yesterday he was playing like Mata has played for us in the past. (and to keep Lamps on his toes!)Is that wound on Lampard's eyebrows from their collision while training in Bangkok?

Fernando 6,585
Well when he gets healed I think we can rest assured that he will be vital for the team. But depending how long he will be out cause he will need to get back into his game.

Leif 6,006
Mourinho says there's nothing serious about the injury. No ligament damage done and he'll stay on tour.He goes on to say he'll be a really key player on the pitch this season.
Hutcho 8,443
Really great performance. MOTM for me even though he didn't play much of it. Best result of the day is that he is ok though.

TrippingStep 336
Great, it's just the meniscus apparently. It shouldn't be a great problem. Perhaps just removing a bit of cartilage in his knee I think.I hope it will not affect his knees during the season. If I remember, last year he had fluid in his left knee after overworking.Maybe working more with the physio as he has an habit of picking injuries after bad landing. In Belgium, he had already an injury after an akward landing like today.

What JM said though was that even it was a meniscal injury it appears to only be a small one,
