Has been a regular at a Bundesliga-club for some years now and is a German international.De Bruyne is coming from a small league and doesn't have that much experience. You can see he is playing rather safe at moment, with his main focus being not to lose the ball much. Give him time to adapt to the level of Chelsea. He covered and helped Paulo out every single time. His defending is excellent for a midfielder though he obviously prefers to play more centrally. His link up with Hazard was a joy to watch. The other Belgians "we dubbed" talented did do quite good in EPL, no? (dembele, Fellaini, Kompany, Vermaelen,...) They were older and more experienced though. There aren't many 21 year olds and younger who can take such a big step that quickly. Well except Hazard, but he had a smaller step to take. Seriously though, Lukaku isn't ready for this, you're right. I think he's got the potential though, but he still has a lot of the basic stuff to learn. Anderlecht really failed him in the youth Academy ( thank god Genk does a better job ) where they learned him nothing and just let him use his strenght to boss other youth players around. I remember his former coach, now coach of Copenhagen, he still needed to teach him the very basics. Now playing almost no games and having even less training due to the amount of games Chelsea plays, it only hurts his progress more. I think he should go on loan, but the team should be picked carefully. If they can't help him progress again, he might never really get there.KDB is also not completely on schedule as he just lacks high level experience. He didn't do too bad in CL though, but he did play it safe in those games. Give him playing time and so and he might make some impact already at the end of the season. If not give him a year at right table team in England or a high profile German team and I'm quite sure he comes trough.In other words you're right. Only Hazard seems like a real contender if not guaranteed part of the new starting eleven. But have some faith in youngsters until they have had enough time, experience and chances to impress.
