termninja 5,290
He saved England's arse shit load of times in the last EURO yet they still charge him...would've been interesting to see how nicely would England do if it wasn't for JT. Kez 2,727
Bleacher Report is such bullshit. Talking about the 2008 penalty miss:Forgiving him and getting over it are two different things. I will most likely never get over John Terry's miss, but I have completely "forgiven" him. It was hard to be upset at him in the first place, imo. It was just shit luck; had it not been raining that night, we would have been champions.I'm over it, being champions of Europe in 2012 more than makes up for the heartache of that night. HNKS 508
If he gets banned then we still have Cahill and Luiz at CB and Ivanovic at RB. Hopefully no injuries during this period.

Milan 17,956
Maybe it would have been better to put him against the wall and shoot him...
Jase 43,479
True but I don't think hes anywhere near good enough to be second choice at a team like Chelsea. Maybe play against championship/relegation candidates occasionally but if he was to play against a Fulham, Sunderland or Everton, he would have to have Ramires on the right wing in front of him, dropping back to help him out.TBH, I have no idea why people seem to rate Hutchinson to such low levels. Think he is much better than most people are giving him credit for. And furthermore, we haven't yet to see him play in competitive match consistently and people are already putting him down for whatever reasons. Jase 43,479
Hopefully we will sign Azpi too.IF Terry gets banned and we don't sign Azpilicueta or any good RB out there, then we're pretty much screwed! xPetrCechx
Spike 12,049
Can still possibly use Hutchinson too anyway.Given Hutchinson's injury problems, every tackle and every movement is a risk on the pitch.
Jase 43,479
Given Hutchinson's injury problems, every tackle and every movement is a risk on the pitch.Yes but I never said we could rely on him to be our second choice or anything. Just basically meant he is an option for us especially if he can get over this injury problems AND I did say "possibly" in that post. BlueLion. 21,491
John Terry is clearly not a racist. Can he be called a racist if he is cleared in a court of law by a chief magistrate? No.Can he be called a racist if Robbie di Matteo and Roy Hodgson still call upon him for Chelsea and England? Certainly not.Can he be called a racist if a black colleague and friend gives evidence in his defence? Of course not.Can he be called a racist if he maintains great friendships with the black players in the Chelsea and England squads? No way.Can he be called a racist if the quality of his character is testified by the likes of Frank Lampard and Gary Cahill; two of the most professional players in the Chelsea set-up? Definitely not.Why would Terry be allowed to play for club and country if his coaches thought he was a racist? Because they don't think he is. Note it was Rio that was dropped by Hogdson, because he knows Terry is innocent. It isn't in his character. This is just a case of the FA trying to screw over our Captain, Leader and Legend. They can go and fuck themselves. Fulham Broadway 17,312
.The CPS have clearly fucked up here. making a habit of it now with the bloke who tweeted he was going to bomb the airport as a joke.Even ex Chels paul Elliott of Kick it Out has said he hopes nothing like this comes to court again. All this makes me respect Capello more and more. His resignation from the England job becuase he could see they were picking on Terry is commendable

BlueLion. 21,491
If they're doing it for that reason, Chelsea games next season will consist of Petr Cech and Juan Mata only, as they're the only players not to give the refs grief.

Call up Barton and recall Vinnie and organize a little rebuke.
