Lampard needs to be more disciplined, he's in the pivot, he cant run forward every time, it leaves Mikel vulnerable.

I doubt RDM will drop Lampard, so he just needs to be told to stay back a bit.

To be fair, the Reading players surrounded Lampard whenever he was in possession, but he needs to be more aware when he's on the ball. It isn't the first time he's had that sort of display.

This guy is a problem. He's not a deep lying playmaker which is the type of player that we need. He gets easily out of position leaving Mikel exposed and it seems he can't play one touch football. Needs to be dropped.
