But when we talk about link up and hold up, creating chances, he isnt all that much. If Icardi doesnt score, he has often quiet game. Suarez or Aguero are miles ahead in overall game. Off the ball, without the ball (didn't say with the ball, although in the box with the ball he is a genius), he puts himself into great positions to score. He gets quiet at times because Inter service has not been consistently great, they have lacked a creative genius MFer for a while, but poor service also from their fullbacks, especially in 2016/17. They had João Cancelo last year, who was great, but they have once again had weak LB play, and this years RB, Sime Vrsaljko (as Cancelo left for Juve), has been injured a lot. Inter are my favourite Italian team, actually my favourite non-Chels team period, have been for ages, so it isnt like I am heartbroken if he stays there, but obviously would prefer him here, as Chelsea has 99.99% of my footballing heart. Werner would also be wonderful, do not get me wrong on that

His situation is somewhat similar to Welbeck back at Utd and Milner at City. Or more recently, Oxlade leaving Arsenal for Liverpool. All searching for a first XI spot. If the money is right (transfer + wages), it’s possible. Aubameyang turns 30yo in 5 months, so a no go due to our contractual policy. The first two are ready to rock, get em before they are jacked up to £45m. Andersen is like a much stronger AC. Vesper 31,181
Barcelona seal signing of Toulouse defender Jean Clair Todibo He will pen a four year deal and arrive on a free transfer in June https://www.sport-english.com/en/news/barca/barcelona-seal-signing-of-toulouse-defender-jean-clair-todibo-7229253 Jean Clair Todibo will be a new Barcelona player at the end of the season. The club believe all the details have been sealed to sign the 19-year-old centre back from Toulouse on a free transfer. He will come on a four-year deal. Todibo will join the first team straight away in the summer and work with the squad for the full pre-season. However at the end of August his position will be evaluated. He is young and has lots of potential so Barca may want him to move on loan to get first team experience. The signing, is a choice by Eric Abidal and doesn’t exclude Barca from still searching for another centre-back who will go into the first team squad next season. <<<<<<<<< de Ligt snip The work of Barca sporting director <<<<<<< Eric Abidal was crucial in swaying the France Under-20 international. he has insane upside, like possibly Koulibaly/Umtiti/Varane level upside, and BARCA gets him ON A FREE Unionjack

Sideshow Luiz 2,310
His name isn't linked a lot and aport from @Vesper and myself previously (sorry if I've forgotten anyone else), for the the kind of money they are talking about for Wilson, and a couple of stop gaps like Higuain or Cavani, I'd like to see Depay's name come up. I think he's worth the risk, seeing as though every other target has a question mark, his ceiling is very high in comparison. Vesper 31,181
Ajax sign Boca Juniors defender as ‘De Ligt replacement’ Lisandro Magallán is said to be the one who will take De Ligt’s place next summer https://www.barcablaugranes.com/2019/1/2/18165862/ajax-sign-boca-juniors-defender-as-de-ligt-replacement Ajax have already made their move for what many consider to be the eventual replacement for the expected departure of Matthijs De Ligt. The Amsterdam club have announced the capture of Lisandro Magallán from Boca Juniors, with the departure of their captain, De Ligt, in next summer’s transfer window practically assured. It is expected that De Ligt will remain with the team for the time being despite the signing of the 25-year-old Argentine. Magallán is 25 and was a starter for the Boca side that reached the Copa Libertadores final, which was lost to River Plate at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. The defender cost Ajax 9 million euro and signed until 2023. Barcelona are one of many European giants said to be chasing De Ligt. In a related matter, reports have said that the Catalans are close to securing the services of his teammate at club and international level, Frenkie De Jong. But it remains to be seen whether Barça can land both De Jong and De Ligt, who are both hot commodities at the moment among the European elite, and sure to fetch a very large transfer fee and salary next summer. snip
