£50m on two dodgy keepers, £80m on two substandard right backs, £50m on Stones, can't shift expensive flops like Bony and Delph because they wildly overpaid for them in wages and fee's.

A lot on here seem to wish we had City's transfer policy, can i ask, why? I'm not saying our's is perfect, far from it, but i would be truly embarrassed with those stats above.
