Well, it was during the Hodgson era where Torres wasn't at his best...so some context. Still a very stupid comment because the class levels are so different. If Torres retired from football today and Ngog played another 10 years, he still wouldn't accomplish as much as Nando.

As has been said before on here by myself and others, Mata is similar to Silva in positions he can play, skills, etc. However, Mata is younger so the ceiling of his value/contributions is higher.
