Sidzeret 2,257
As much as I'm growing to love TBO, I hope we can wrap the title up soon to give Lord Petr a shot at the PL clean sheets record How many more?
Tomo 21,751
I believe we have 100% win record with Petr? Does he still have a chance of grabbing the clean sheet record? If yes, then play him! The big man deserves a last hoorah.Don't think he can now so ill play Tibo vs Liverpool and Cech in the last two.Maybe he will come back in his twilight years and try to get the number he needs. MCM4PR3Z 411
He needs 4 clean sheets, 3 games left. So the record is impossible

CFC888 219
^Another great interview by Thibaut. He speaks so well for such a young player. Definitely not ruling him out as a future Chelsea captain.

Like £60m plus.2) We're not selling him.3) Cech could be fit to play vs WBA, so he's probably been given the weekend off and is going to watch Atleti-Barca. BlueLion. 21,491
The only thing I'm disappointed about tonight if Tibo for the third goal. Pretty shite to be honest, no excuse to say his vision was impaired, you cannot be beaten from there at that angle on your near post, venemous strike or not. That being said the defence wasn't that smart from that corner. He should have stopped the penalty, too, IMO.But meh, champions. I don't a GK should EVER stop a penalty. Usually down to luck.He should have stopped the penalty. It wasn't hit with that much power, at a nice height, quite close to him, and he got one of those size 13 gloves on it. He should be able to parry that wide of the post for me. Getting a big hand on a penalty and conceding is worse than diving the complete opposite way, IMO, it's a huge disappointment for a goalkeeper. iseah100
MCM4PR3Z 411
Remember that Courtois is human, no goalkeeper in history should ever stop a penalty. 25% of the penalties get touched by the goalkeeper and still go in, that doesn't mean all those 25% should have been saved. I think you expect too much from him Alex, you can expect him to play like the number 1 goalkeeper in the world, but somewhere he will always be human also. MCM4PR3Z 411
It will be a good thing for Courtois that Cech leaves this summer. De Gea can make 30 horrible mistakes in a row, and people keep cheering for him. Courtois makes a little one, the forums explode, the newspapers explode and the chaos starts immediately. It could have been expected, with Cech at the bench, but it's really over the top. People overreacted this season with Courtois and overprotected De Gea. The gap between the perception of those 2 goalkeepers was enormous. Courtois had a better season than De Gea, for sure.
MCM4PR3Z 411
Watched the recap of the game again, he played a good game Alex. That first save was an excellent one, the rest of his saves were 'normal'. The penalty was a penalty and the third goal was a surprising shot in the corner and very very hard, don't know if you can blame him anything for that. Courtois had a decent season, saved us several points but he hasn't hit the level he had at Atletico yet. Also, you're the one overreacting all the time. As soon as someone says anything remotely negative about KDB or Courtois you're there to tell them they're wrong; just stahp BlueLion.
