Cole and Cech are far from their reliable best.

The midfield is a bit of a void, once the ball goes in it never comes out.

Drogba and Torres are not providing the goals that every top team needs week in, week out from its strikers.

This team needs rebuilding and Andre is the man to do it, he's a Europa League champion and the most talented young manager in the world. Every manager needs time and we should give it to him. What would sacking him do? Just put us back to square one and further extend this period.

Well said, we were in a similar position last season and that expierence of clawing it back the players have WILL help us.

The "mental strength" side of sport is under-rated, Tottenham and Arsenal have fell with that hurdle many times and we have profited and overhauled them and i believe we will do again.
