in all you're opinions you ignore a matter of an fact...

if you fire 5 managers and still are underperforming despite ONE SEASON, is it really the Manager to blame?

you are all redicioulus...

If I was the manager I would let the reserves play to kick all the first teamers into they're face...

get Lamps, Torres, Drogs, Ash, Bossy, Raul Moreorless, off the pitch and play billy clifford if you like... and jacob mellis... thats what I would do...

5. Substitutions are weird to say the least. The timing of them is wrong, the players substituted are questionable.

Bringing on Ferreira for Bosingwa with 10 minutes to go when drawing at home to Fulham back on Boxing Day was the single worst substitution I have ever seen in football.

7. In certain matches when players are motivated, like valencia and city, we win. I honestly feel the players were motivated on their own, rather than AVB Inspiring them. In other matches where their motivation levels are not that high, AVB does not have the abilities to motivate them.

I think I really have to agree with point 7 here.

"This is a results industry, if a manager loses four or five games in a row, then his job is under threat," he added.

"At United that scenario simply isn't possible. I'm in charge of all footballing matters, including our scouting network and youth teams.

"In that sense I'm very fortunate, because I can make quick decisions on who to bring in next to strengthen the squad and where to get them from."

-Alex Ferguson

Unfortunately our managers will never have this kind of control and that's why they will never stay long-term. You could consider them coaches because they only decide on tactics, match preparation, run the trainings but everything else is decided by the club.

And that's why I repeat, that Mourinho left for that reason.

So why would he want to come back or any great manager when the current manager you got can't get that?

Do you think Mourinho would want to be in charge of that many things.

I can't stand AVB for how stubborn he is. It is as if he refuses to adapt the formation/playing style when needed. It really pisses me off to see our best Striker played on the right.

Put Sturridge in the middle and you have no one decent for right side.

9. I feel he got lucky with Porto, simply because the team he inherited was very good, same as what happened in Chelsea when Avram Grant took over. Surprisingly, Real madrid or Barca or for that matter any big club didnt swoop in for him after his great season taking us to the verge of CL Victory. Our board took a gamble.

Use something you know nothing about as your argument and write it in a way that looks like you know what you are talking about. How fucking typical.

I think it will be fair to say that Torres is creating a lot of problems for us.I wonder things would have panned out,if Roman hadn't bought Torres.

He is. Some members already said that we need to cut our loses, and I think that club needs to take important decision about him in summer.

It's like Fergie says, though, he got lucky. Guys like Fergie, Wenger, Dalglish (to an extent) are rare in football where they control most football aspects. Okay Chelsea hasn't done that, but that's not necessary the best model, as eldo said, some managers may not want that much to do in the club.

Like Grant said, there's a lot off the the field that a Chelsea manager has to deal with anyway.
