''WHEN THEY STOP CARING AS MUCH AS THE FANS THEY SHOULD LEAVE''

Fuck me that would leave about 5 players in the whole of the Premiership

Most players are happy to be traded like horses as long as their take home of anything from £50k-£170k a week carries on

Looks like it isn't just a made up story, everyone is reporting it:

Disgraceful from our players..

Mind you if Abramovich was there as well.....

Imagine you're called into a dressing down from your boss, and the owner is stood behind him. I'd fucking say my piece , I wouldnt just stand there and take it.

Like it was mentioned, it's possible that all of this has been going on since the start of the season but has simply escalated now. And imo Drogba is definitely involved in some way given his attitude

I bet Drogba has been using Malouda as the puppet from AFRICA!

Porto chairman: AVB's move to Chelsea was a mistake

Porto chairman Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa says Andre
s-Boas’ move to Chelsea was a ‘mistake’ and believes he could face the axe at Stamford Bridge this season.

Villas-Boas has endured a turbulent time in west London since leaving Porto last summer - Chelsea currently sit in fifth place outside the Champions League spots - and his former employer is not sure the young Portuguese made the right decision.

Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Pinto da Costa said: "Villas-Boas went because of the huge offer Chelsea made (€15 million).

"He left thinking that Chelsea was a unique opportunity, but I believe that was a mistake because there would have been others."

Pinto da Costa also feels that the presence of the old guard at Stamford Bridge could hamper Villas-Boas’ moves to take the club forward.

"He needs time to mould his own team and he can't do that as long as there are players, as I've heard, who exchange text messages with Mourinho, and (Roman) Abramovich knows this," he added.

However, Pinta da Costa added that Villas-Boas will have no trouble finding work if he is ousted at Stamford Bridge.

"The only thing that will topple Villas-Boas is if he fails to qualify for the Champions League," he said.

"If he leaves Chelsea, he'll be the next coach of Inter."

Hi

I refferred more to the players power which is definitly there at this club and which AVB HAS to break... thats what I think :) its from 2011 in june

Yes i know. I´ve read the article when it came out. And totally agree with it.

I am referring to this latest coup plotted by our Club legends. If it turns out that Lampard is the ring leader in this, I´d be very dissapointed but not surprised.

Time to say goodbye to some of the old guard. Hopefully we can see some shirt numbers being available start of next season. Nr 15 & 21 if possible. Well, to be fair to Kalou, he seems to keep his head down even he´s not playing that much.

The Chelsea boss has staunchly stood by David Luiz, despite the fact the Brazilian is nothing short of a liability and when he needed leadership at the back against Everton – like he normally gets from John Terry – it was nowhere to be seen.

Luiz clearly plays for himself and his mistakes have been costly.

Can't believe what I read in Daily Star.

It will be unfair of Roman to sack him so soon and more importantly at such a crucial stage. There are a few players who are still attached to Jose and I can't blame them,he was truly a wonderful manager but now he manages Madrid and its not sure whether he will leave Madrid for sure or not and more importantly decide to manage Chelsea considering he and Roman don't see eye to eye.Reason for Jose's success was because he formed his own team when he arrived,AVB can achieve similar greatness if he too gets the same chance. There won't be any need of signing players worth more than 25m.This summer many players will leave and hopefully by next season,AVB will have more control of our team and will show the world what he is capable of.

I believe in AVB and would appreciate if my fellow Chelsea fans would do too.

They're diiferent though, Mourinhos untoucahbles.

I'm pretty sure Terminator x called him that as well, in which case both of you are fucking idiots.

There both idiots?, i believe they have both been correct so far, because they've been saying it for a long time.

Yes, they are.

Correct about what? they just love when we're losing or going through a 'bad patch', it means they can complain and write nonsense. I'm not sure about TX but Henrique did it last year, when we had carlo, nothing new.

Also do you agree with them that AVB is a fraud?

It's not like AVB lied about his success and deceived us... The chelsea board are the ones who hired him.. so to call him a fraud is pretty stupid.

And i think for once we should get behind AVB, let him build his own team.

I think AVB is a bad manager, and i don't think he's up for it, i hope not, i thought he was special and thought the team would be playing much better than this. But at the start of the season Henrique and Terminator X were being very positive, i remember Henrique saying perhaps we don't need new players perhaps a new formation and chemistry can make this team play much better, he had a lot of positive views as did Term X. The only thing is they are not scared to speak there mind and arent bothered if they get flamed by almost everyone on the forum, it's why i respect them. There isn't much to be positive about these days unfortunately, things just keep getting worse and worse. Should AVB get another season?, i'll say yes, if the players start playing better, if he starts making some good substitutions, starts playing more youth, and even if he finishes 5th, i promise you and you can re quote me at the end of the season of this post, i promise you that's what i'll think.

But as for now yes i think AVB isn't good enough to manage a top club. And obviously they don't think he's a fraud in that way that he lied about everything because is impossible since the evidence was right there he won those things, and he did well with Porto the evidence was all there. They just think he isn't as good as we all expected.

I know they were positive, like most of us, but the fact is when the going get's tough they complain and say the manager should be fired... and this was only in October.

I honestly think that AVB is not a bad manager, he needs time to build his own team.

This season -

Our defence are prone to making mistakes (it was because of the highline, but still out defence is not the force it once was), Our midfield is not creative enough. Our wingers are not wingers...Sturridge is a striker, and for the last month or so he hasn't been playing well at all. Mata also has some on and off games, only when he is playing CAM we get to see him control games.

Our strikers have been poor, Torres hasn't scored in months, and Drogba hasn't been playing much better.

We need to get rid off the old, and bring in some new, young, hungry players who at least try. If we sack AVB, we probably wont get the overhaul we need, and the 'old' players will get another chance.

I know we managed to finish 2nd last year, but we weren't playing much better, this time last year we were only 1 point better off.
