They beat MU and we couldn't

Yeah I know that is the thing though, you are claiming Mata is magic and no one is like him but I have already shown that he isn't really that special, just a good consistent player like many other good players. There are different classes of player, Mata is near the top but not actually in the world class elite imo so I am basically suggesting you are overrating him a little bit.
-
Just as good as Suarez, get him for £32m, we won't regret it. Maybe straight swap with Mata?
-
Not really...he is just a consistent well performer but not the sort of Gerrard/Ronaldo/Lampard/Drogba/Messi who scores 30 yards winner or last min winners. He is just consistent for the last 2 seasons. He was never really a game changer and probably never will be, just like David Silva who is very similar and a better player.

Also we can't just write off Arsenal/Liverpool like we always used to, they are having great runs and haven't exactly shown fragile in a while. I think title would be between us, City and Arsenal while Liverpool with the rest battling for 4th.

30-35 games with most of them coming off the bench? because for example Hazard and Oscar will play like about every single game available, only 1 place for Willian and Schurrle and Jose is known to have favorite eventually. But then again he experienced this with the national team so I guess he could get used to that here too if it means winning some trophies and earning good money.

http://metro.co.uk/2014/01/04/jackson-martinez-im-an-arsenal-fan-and-would-love-to-sign-for-the-gunners-4249227/ He just ended his chance of joining Chelsea
-
Not we, he will want to leave imo I don't see him as the type of player who will just sit back on the bench to play 1/3 of the game for a season, he will want to start regularly eventually and I think it won't happen seeing the current 3 will probably be Jose's permanent picks.
-
No I mean Lukaku isn't going to be our no1 next season, not without a fight.
-
Nothing because everyone knew this was gonna have to happen some day while with Mata it is a bit of a shock because no one expected Jose to isolate Mata. Imo Cech is a bit better in the air while Courtois is better on the ground and he is faster than Cech, probably because of age and injuries to Cech over the years.
-
and if we win a title then he would have paid back all his fee. Are you serious about the 2nd part lol?
-
Ibra+ £10m for Mata, would be fair.
-
Lampard is hindering the team as well so he should really be gone in the summer.
-
-
If we could sell Moses for like £5-£10m and Kevin £15-£20m then his signing is actually worth it. He has been great so far, no wonder so many teams were linked with him over the years.
-
Really think he won't make it big here especially with Hazard, Oscar and Willian all better than him atm. It is also not like he is much younger than them so when he improves, they will as well. Unless he is gonna settle for that bench spot I could see him staying here until the end of next season then considering his future.
-
Roman will just buy PSG if they do.
-
Not hard working enough for a team like Chelsea imo, never see him actually try to tackle and win the ball back, most of the time he just stood there watching and waiting for others to feed him the ball. At this rate he could still make it here but more like a sub rather than a starting striker, something he won't accept imo. But of course he is still young and could improve a lot more.

Agreed, especially with us posting a loss a few days ago of £50m as well. This bid would just a big fat middle finger at UEFA.
-
If this was actually serious...Not signing Cavani for £54m, not signing Falcao for £50m, not signing Higuain for £31m, not signing Suarez for £60m in the summer, instead decide to sign Higuain for £50m again=facepalm massively.
-
On their day yes but often it doesn't work and relentless pressing means lot of the players are injured, it is good pressing but Dortmund is just doing it way too much and facing problems as the result
-
£50m despite posting lost of £50m last yea, sound about true...
