Not always. I'd say generally Scottish people aren't as big as their made out to be tbh. The average height is probably about 5 ft 9-11 ish but that's just my guess. You get the occasional guys who are 16-19 years old who are like 6 ft and on wards but that's the same with most countries. My son is 6'1" (186cm) and he just turned 16! No wonder they found it unconstitutional! However, if they are tried as having committed an act of terrorism, that is a federal crime and could see the death penalty used.
