Its so pathetic I don't know whether to be cross or just laugh. Losing the title becuase of results like this. How anyone can not call this season anything but a massive disappointment I will not understand.
-
I still think Man City will drop more points then us. So I stil lexpect this team to win the title at the end of the season. Failure to do so will be a massive disappointment.

Love this guys productivity. Might not be as fast as someone like William but his goals and assist stats speak for themselves.
-
So the ref gets Gibbs and Oxlade-Chamberlain mixed up for the sending off. Thats racist!
-
Talk about calamity, so many lols.
-
So the problem is can we really complain as loud as some people have done so when a match like this happens?(I mean editing the Man of the Match poll to include the ref, really?)
-
Of course, we won the reverse fixture due to some very fortunate decisions that were given to us by the ref. Of course most people will try and forget about that.
-
City I feel will drop more points then us. Remember all they need is one injury from an important player and the system they used goes completly to pieces. We have the better depth by miles.

How can people say we are not favorites to win the title? I've been saying it since summer that its ours to lose and so far this season nothing has convinced me to the alternative view..
-
This title is ours. We were the bes team before the lueage gegan and we still are with a good amount of squad depth and the likes of Hazard gracing us with their presence. Anyone who keeps arguing that its Man City's to lose and that we are second or third favorites are obviously lying

Makes me wonder why he was left on the bench for so long? Considering that when he was dropped in the first place, he was not exactlly playing badly.
-
Yes people will say that you can't win everygame and that teams that are fighting relegations ca nbe banana skins. But you can not, under any circumstances, with the attacking talent that we have, excuse the fact that we decided at half time to close the game down and defend a 1-0 lead. Doing that just gave West Brom the boost to keep going forward and creating chances and you risk conceding the lead. If you want to play that tactic, atleast wait until you are two goals up.
-
Thats not a valid excuse, against a team like West Brom you should go for the second goal with the quality of players we had. You try and close the game at half time you risk conceding from stupid mistakes. We are fucking up the chance of us winning the titltethat should be ours.
-
This is what happens when you try and shut the game at 1-0 with 45 minutes to go. Awful defensive football.
-
Win this match and we should be on the way to win the title, no excuses now that Arsenal have been thrashed by Liverpool.
-
So how long before he wins the Ballon d'or? I reckon within 3 years.
-
Yesterday strengthened my original argument in the summer, Chelsea should be winning the title this season. We have the best squad in the league with a good amount good depth (a couple of injuries in the City side and they go completely wayward) and have gone through now most of the difficult games this season and anything less would be a masive disappointment, contrary to what some keep claiming that we are in transition and should be looking at next season, not from my perspective.

This match shows that we should be winning the title this season.
-
The most ironic thing is that he will probably be resorting to those tactics against City.
-
This highlights how we rely on individual brilliance to scrape us wins and can't gwet teh whole team functioning to break defences down.
-
Yawn
-
I can see us trying to ground a 0-0 draw so that we can take it to Stamford Bridge.

It makes me laugh those who are slagging of some of the posters here as Mata fan boys or Plastic fans because they said something that was not praising Mourinho all the time are in themselves not Chelsea fans but just Mourinho worshipers who think of him first before the club
-
Of course between 2007-2009 he was nothing but frustrating. I seem to remember many wanting him out when he was being petulant in his behavior.
-
And both bolded kept whining and complaining to the media. Either going on about how they did not fell part of the club and wanted to leave or try insert player power to put pressure on the manager all the while making snarks in public about their lack of playtime. With one exception of a little bit of frustration been shown when subistuted that was in the heat of the moment, Mata has been nothing but exceptional in his conduct and behavior.
